Jarrod M. Miller, Esq.

Jarrod M. Miller is an Associate Attorney with the firm. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Miller served as a Deputy Attorney General with the State of New Jersey Office of the Attorney General. In this capacity, he represented the people of New Jersey in all aspects of civil litigation including Appellate Division and New Jersey Supreme Court cases. In 2009, Mr. Miller was awarded the Outstanding Contribution Award from then Attorney General Ann Milgram, an award given to one Deputy Attorney General each year who has demonstrated outstanding achievements and contributions.

Mr. Miller is a graduate of Widener University School of Law, magna cum laude, and is licensed to practice in the State of New Jersey and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. During law school, Mr. Miller served as a Judicial Extern on the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. After law school was completed, Mr. Miller served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Alan J. Pogarsky, Superior Court of New Jersey, Ocean County. Mr. Miller is a native of southern Ocean County, where he continues to reside with his family.
