The firm’s employment law practice is committed to excellence in the areas of labor and employment relations, We provide representation for employment law issues arising under federal, state and local laws, including the Civil Rights Act of 1964, First Amendment, Equal Protection and Due Process and statutory claims under ERISA, FMLA and CEPA. The firm handles wrongful termination cases, which are often times difficult to prove since New Jersey is a “at Will” employment state, which means that employers can terminate with cause with or without out a reason. However, the basis for the termination cannot be discriminatory or retaliatory.
