Being a life-long resident of Ocean County, when it came time to search for employment in the legal arena, I knew I wanted to stay in the area so that I could provide legal advice to the local residents and business owners who have helped me over the years and made Ocean County a wonderful place to reside. I have been with the firm since my entry into private practice and am proud to be a part of a dedicated team of lawyers with diverse experience in all aspects of the law.
As part of the Levin Cyphers team of lawyers, I have concentrated my practice in the areas of real estate, both residential and commercial, collection for local and international business, corporate matters, Worker’s Compensation matters and commercial transactions and litigation. As a transactional-oriented attorney, particularly in real estate matters, I believe in having an open-line of communication with the client, as well as the real estate agents, to make the home-buying experience a pleasant and memorable one. I also assist individuals in forming corporations and other business entities, drafting employment agreements, shareholder agreements, leases, employee manuals, and providing advice and guidance in the corporate and commercial clients find themselves involved in litigation, I provide the commercial litigators of the firm with support in preparing pleadings and discovery, motion practice and pre-trial preparation. My experience as an associate editor on the Seton Hall Legislative Journal, enables me to draft effective, concise and instructive agreements, pleadings and briefs for review by both clients and the Courts. I am pleased to be a partner in a talented firm such as ours; a firm which is comprised of lawyers with vast years of experience in such diversified areas of the law.
