Claire M. Calinda’s practice focuses on all issues related to Family Law, including divorce, child support, parenting-time, alimony, child support, post-judgment applications, adoptions, mediation and collaborative law. Ms. Calinda is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Kean College and received her Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law.  She is a member of the American Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, The New Jersey Association for Justice, International Academy of Collaborative Professionals, the Association of Family and Conciliation Court, New Jersey State Bar Association, Ocean County Bar Association and Jersey Shore Collaborative Law Group. She has been Certified by the Supreme Court as a Matrimonial Law Attorney.
